We are looking for a RNO DT Specialist to join our Technology Team.

As an RNO DT Specialist you will be responsible to conduct network drive tests, analyse results, and provide insights to improve coverage, quality, and user experience. Location: This is an on-site, full time position based at our headquarters either Nicosia or Limassol.

What will you be doing?

• Performing network drive tests to evaluate network performance
• Conducting Cluster Optimization and validating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on test results
• Checking various network parameters, such as cross-connection, frequency plan, data transfer speed, cell quality, and handover capability
• Analyzing and reporting drive test logs to identify areas for improvement
• Providing progress updates on assigned drive test activities and customer complaint cases
• Investigating and identifying reasons for issues like poor coverage, interference, and dropped calls
• Managing company assets, including DT tools, laptops, GPS devices, etc
• Supporting the development of our New Generation Mobile Network project

We are looking for you if you have:

• University degree in Telecommunications or a relevant field
• Good theoretical knowledge of GERAN, UTRAN, EUTRAN, and NR technologies
• Previous experience in performing drive testing will be considered a plus
• Knowledge and/or familiarity with statistical and data analytics
• Proficiency in using GIS systems and maps
• Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently on multiple simultaneous subjects of a complex nature
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create quality documentation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of SQL and any other programming languages is a plus.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
