Where can I find my PrimeTV pin code?

Your 4-digit pin code can be found in the welcome letter you were given when your services were installed. If you can’t find your welcome letter, don’t worry. Just call our Customer Support at 133 and we will be happy to reset your pin code. For identification purposes, you will be asked to provide your subscriber number.
