When I switch on my STB, a row of circles appear, as it usually does when the STB is starting, but this time the first circle is red.

Possible Reason

The cable connecting the STB with the modem is not connected correctly or it is damaged.

Resolution

Switch off the STB. Remove the Ethernet cable from both the modem and STB and reconnect it. Make sure that the Ethernet cable is connected on port marked LAN4 of your modem. Switch on the STB. If the problem persists check your cable for possible damages. If you have an extra cable please use that instead.
