You can change your PrimeTV pin code very easily through your TV simply by using your PrimeTV remote control. Press the Menu button on the control, and then select Services. From the Security/Parental Control section, you are given the option to change your pin code. Additionally, you may change your PrimeTV pin code by visiting MyPrimeTel at www.my.primetel.com.cy and by selecting “Reset My PrimeTV PIN”.
