The EPG is not showing the correct time or the correct Program information.

Possible Reason

The STB needs to be switched of by the power switch when not in use so that when it is switched on again it will download the latest EPG information.

Resolution

Press the red power button on the remote control to switch off STB and then press again to switch on. EPG will be updated.
