I am not receiving my incoming fax. What can i do?

Resolution

Make the following changes on the fax machine:

• Ensure ECM (Error Correction Mode) is set to OFF/Disabled

• The Send/Receive speed should appear as 9600 (if not available set the LOWER speed)

• If there is V.34 Super G3 option, this should be DISABLED
