Why do you need 15 days to transfer my services to my new address?

We require these 15 days as a new line needs to be created and activated at your new address. Your existing services need to be transferred to your new address. However, during these 15 days, we will still provide PrimeTel services to your existing location. Once the new line has been prepared, we will then stop the services provided at your current address and transfer these to your new address on the same day.
