Can my PrimeTel services be moved to another location?

Yes, PrimeTel services can be moved to your new address. Firstly, you will need to provide us with the full address and postcode, and we will be able to tell you if we provide network coverage.

Visit any of our Customer Support Centres to sign your application for change of address. Once you have done this, we will require 15 working days in order to transfer your services to your new address. 

The total amount is  just €100.21, and includes activation of your new line and installation of your services at your new address.
