Can I join PrimeTel Mobile and keep my existing number?

Yes you can enjoy PrimeTel Mobile services while keeping your existing mobile number.

You can now bring your current number to PrimeTel Mobile regardless of the Cyprus network you are in (pay as you go or pay monthly).

The process is simple! All you have to do is to visit one of PrimeTel Shops:

If you are under a contract* please bring:

• your ID (passport for non Cyprus residents)
• your SIM card
• your last bill

If you are a pay as you go user:

• your ID (passport for non Cyprus residents)
• your SIM card

We will provide you with a new PrimeTel Mobile SIM card. Within 6 working days you will receive an SMS confirmation in order to replace your old SIM card with the one we have given you.
