How can I view details for my mobile number in Subscriber Zone?

In order to login/register to the PrimeTel subscriber zone please visit www.primetel.com.cy/customer.

A) If you are already PrimeTel subscriber to PrimeNet/PrimeHome/FastNet packages:

• Enter the credentials (username and password) you already have and click the “Login” button

• Click “Add new number” from “Mobile Services” Menu on your right hand side

• Type twice your mobile number and press the “Next” button
• If the number you provided, is part of a Business or Family account, then you will be asked to submit the contract's reference number as shown on the top right corner of the contract's first page.

Note: if you are trying to submit a prepaid number, make sure that you have registered it first by providing your personal details to PrimeTel’s Customer Service Centres.

• You will receive an SMS on the number submitted

• Please type in the Confirmation Code (case sensitive) and press the “Next” button.

• You are now ready to view all details for your mobile phone number via Subscriber Zone.

B) If you are a subscriber only to PrimeTel Mobile Services:

• You do not have yet any Subscriber Zone account. Please follow the short instructions to create one

• Click on the link “Click Here”

• You will be asked if you want to add your PrimeTel Mobile number. Type in your mobile number and press the “Next” button
• If the number you provided, is part of a Business or Family account, then you will be asked to submit the contract's reference number as shown on the top right corner of the contract's first page.

• A verification code will be sent via SMS to the mobile number you have entered

• Enter the verification code you have received and click the “Next” button

• Fill in your personal details, mark “I have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions” and click the “Complete” button

• An email will be sent to the email address provided with your credentials (Username & Password)

• Enjoy using PrimeTel’s subscribers zone
