I have connected the modem for the FastNet package, but the services aren't yet active. What should I do?
If your service is not yet active, be sure to check that:
- The installation has taken place according to the installation guide.
- The ADSL light is constant and is not blinking.
- The Internet light is on and that 30 minutes have passed which is required for services to become active.
If you have checked that the above are working correctly but service is still not yet active, then we advise that you call 133 and inform us about the problem with your connection.
