I am connected to the Internet, but I cannot browse websites. What can i do?
Solution
Check that your internet browser has the option Automatically detect proxy settings selected.
For Internet Explorer:
Select Tools, then Internet Options

From the window that appears, select Connections, then LAN settings

From the next window that appears, ensure the option Automatically detect settings, is selected.

For Firefox:
Select Tools, then Options

From the window that appears, select Advanced, then Network, then Settings

From the next window that appears, ensure Auto-detect proxy settings for this network, is selected
