My services have been suspended - How do I reconnect my services?
Don’t worry if your services have been suspended – you can easily and quickly reconnect your services through your PrimeTV or online through MyPrimeTel.
PrimeTV: The payment screen will be the default page when you switch on your PrimeTV. Simply enter your credit card information, make a payment, and your services will then be reconnected within the hour.
MyPrimeTel: The payment screen will be the default page when you log in to MyPrimeTel. Simply enter your credit card information, make a payment, and your services will then be reconnected within the hour.
To avoid having your services suspended, we recommend that you set up Direct Debit or Automatic Credit Card payments.
