I have Direct Debit set up on my account. Why does my invoice still say 'Due Amount'?
If you have Direct Debit set up on your account, you will still receive your invoices each month, and these will still tell you the Total Amount Payable. The reason is because PrimeTel’s invoices are issued at the beginning of the month. Your Direct Debit will be paid at the end of the same month. Invoices are sent out before payment is due, so that you know exactly how much will be withdrawn from your bank account.
