How can I pay my invoice?

There are many available ways to pay your invoice:

  • Direct Debit

By signing up to Direct Debit you will no longer have to visit our shop or bank to pay your invoices - it will be paid automatically from your bank each month, and you won’t have to worry about paying your bill on time each month. This service is also completely free - you will save €1.97 each month which you currently pay for cash payments – and it is very easy to set up. Simply visit us with your bank account details. We can activate Direct Debit with any of the following banks:

- Laiki Popular Bank
- Hellenic Bank 
- Alpha Bank
- Bank of Cyprus 
- Coop Ban

  • Online payment via MyPrimeTel

You can pay your invoices by visiting our website, and logging in to MyPrimeTel.

  • Online through the Marfin Laiki Bank website

  • Direct Banking with Bank of Cyprus

With this option, you can now pay your bill online from the convenience of your home by visiting the Bank of Cyprus website.
If you are a Bank of Cyprus customer and you are not already a Direct Banking subscriber, you can sign up for free by calling Bank of Cyprus at 800 00 800 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting            800 00 800      end_of_the_skype_highlighting or by completing the Application for Direct Banking available on Bank of Cyprus’s website at www.bankofcyprus.com.  If you are already a Direct Banking Subscriber, access the Bank of Cyprus’s website and login to your Direct Banking account by entering your Subscriber Number and PIN (Personal Identification Number).  From the main menu choose the option Payments, then the category Utility Payments and click on PrimeTel. Complete the necessary fields and follow the instructions in order to pay your bill.

  • Automatic Credit Card Payments

By activating automatic credit card payments, your invoices will be paid automatically each month directly from your credit card – with no need for you to call or visit us each month. This service is also completely free - you will save €1.97 each month which you currently pay for cash payments – and it is very easy to set up. Simply visit us with your credit card details. We cannot accept credit cards that are for electronic use only, or Electron cards.

  • Online through the JCC Smart website

Click here to log onto the JCC Smart website to settle your bill. Please note that you need to be registered with JCC Smart in order to be able to pay online. Click here to register with JCC Smart.

  • Cash Payments

Visit any of our Customer Support Centres, or the bank, and pay your invoice either by cash or credit card. You may also call our Customer Support at 133 and pay by credit card. By paying your invoices with either of these methods, you will be charged a monthly administration fee of €1.97. In order to avoid this charge, we recommend that you set up Direct Debit or Automatic Credit Card payments.
